Call Details
If any of our valued customers comes with Court order for call information, BTL will charge the following rates:
Postpaid
1. Information up to 6 months is charged NU 500/- per month (Postpaid call information can be provided only up to 6 months due to technical limitations)
Prepaid Mobile
1. Information for last 100 calls is charged NU 200/- (BTL can provide information only for 100 Prepaid calls made within last 6 months due to technical limitations )
