eLoad

eLOAD(electronic recharge) is a paper-less recharge facility. The eLOAD is environment friendly, customer friendly and risk free. It will enable the distributors, dealers and retailers to sell recharge talk-time directly from handset via SMS and also enable the customer to transfer his/her balance to another customer. This ensures our customer with the flexibility of recharging their account with any amount starting from as low as NU 5 and secure recharge transaction with SMS notification confirming the transaction to both the parties (sender & receiver).It can be used by our prepaid customers.

Subscriber to Subscriber eLOAD transfer

1. Using this facility, customers can transfer their balance to another customer.

2. The amount possible for such a transaction is from NU 5 to NU 500. A fee of NU 5 will be deducted for every transfer.

3. A Minimum balance of NU 10 is required in a customer’s account to do a customer to customer eLOAD transaction.

4. One Day Validity will be given if the customer does not have existing validity from previous recharges.

5. Dial *170#  or Call 123 to check the account and validity period after the transfer.

Procedure for eLOAD Subscriber to Subscriber transfer

Eg. If you want to transfer NU 10 to Mobile Number 17753292, please type the following code;
*120*17753292*10#

Customers can dial *170#  or Call 123 to check their account and validity period.

Distributer to Dealer Transfer

1. Using this facility, a distributor can sell recharge talk-time to their sub-dealers and other retailers
2. This can also be used by the Dealers and sub-dealers to recharge talk-time to their sub-dealers.
3. All distributors, Dealers and retailers must register in our System in order to sell recharge talk time.
4. Each Distributor/Dealer/Retailer shall have one B-Mobile prepaid number registered in our system through which they can make the transaction.
5. Each Distributor/Dealer/Retailer will be given a unique 4-digit Pin code.
6. No service charge will be levied on distributor to dealer transfer
7. To make eLOAD(electronic recharge) to sub-dealer, the following is the procedure;

Note : Here, customer’s numbers imply that of Dealer or sub-dealers or retailers if you are the distributor.

Eg. If you are a distributor and your PIN is 1456 and wants to sell recharge talk-time worth NU 100 to your Sub-dealer whose number is 17699089, then enter the following code:

Distributor /Dealer/Retailer to customers transfer

1. Using this facility, a distributor/ dealer/Retailer can sell recharge talk-time to customers. A customer can Buy talk-time worth any amount above NU 5
2. All Distributors, Dealers and Retailers must register in our system in order to sell recharge talk-time.
3. No service charge will be levied on Distributor/Dealer/Retailer to customers transfer.
4. To make a eLOAD (electronic recharge) to a customers, please enter the following code:
