International Roaming Service enables you to use your GSM handset with your own phone number in world wide covering Asia, Europe, Australia and USA.This service makes it easier, faster, and more convenient for you to stay connected.You can also use varoius value added services such as Interantional voice mail service, SMS roaming, GPRS services ( yet to be launced) while traveling abroad.
B-Mobile has both Bi-lateral and Unilateral launch with the operators outside.
International Roaming makes it possible for you to use your B-Mobile connection when travelling outside Bhutan . To enable this service contact B-Mobile’s Customer Care Manager or any B-Mobile Counter. This service is currently available only to our postpaid users. We expect this service to be extended to our prepaid subscribers soon.
While roaming you will be charged a mark up of 15% by B-Mobile on the usage amount charged by the network in which you have roamed. Calls to your phone from Bhutan will be charged at local rates. No charges are applicable for receiving short messages (SMS) while roaming.
